Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
If an item is not currently in stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated arrival date and, when available, offer substitute options to help expedite your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through USPS:
- Orders under 13 oz. are shipped via First-Class Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days.
- Orders over 13 oz. are generally shipped via Priority Mail.
If you need your order expedited, we’re happy to help—please contact us for a quote on Express Mail options.
Shipping Responsibility
Mother Earth Baby LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Additional Shipping Charges
If an order exceeds the standard flat-rate shipping fee and/or is considered a bulky item, we may contact you to request additional shipping payment. Orders will not be shipped until any outstanding balance is paid.
International & Canada Shipping
For international and Canadian orders:
- If shipping costs exceed the $25 flat rate, you will be notified of the actual cost.
- You will be invoiced for the difference, and payment must be received before your order is shipped.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We offer:
- In-store pickup
- Free local delivery (availability may vary)
Order Cancellation
Mother Earth Baby LLC reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund.
