Shipping policy

All in stock orders placed will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If an item is not in-stock, we will notify you via e-mail of its estimated arrival date and substitution options (if any) for a quicker delivery. We utilize the USPS for our shipping needs. Packages under 13oz. ship First Class Mail and typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. Most packages over 13oz. are shipped using Priority Mail. If you require a package urgently, we are happy to help. Simply contact us for a quote for Express Mail options. Mother Earth Baby LLC assumes no liability for undelivered or damaged packages by any shipping carrier. Customers that have packages that exceed the Standard Delivery Flat Rate Fee may be contacted,  invoiced and required to pay for additional shipping charges prior to the shipment of items. 

For Shipping internationally and to Canada, if your package exceeds the $25 flat rate shipping fee, you will be notified of the actual shipping costs and will be invoiced for the difference.  Customer will be required to pay the difference in costs before items ship. 

We offer in store pick up and free local delivery. 

Mother Earth Baby LLC reserves the right to cancel any online order prior to shipping for any reason. Mother Earth Baby LLC will contact the customer with a notification of cancelation and will refund payments made by the customer for the canceled order.
