Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident you will love the products you find at Mother Earth Baby and Curious Kidz. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange under the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging and condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing store credit.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Personal care items (including but not limited to):
creams, lotions, salves, soaps, body wash, sunscreen, lanolin, skincare products, shampoos, conditioners, and body oils
- Nursing and postpartum products
- Nail polish
- Baby brushes and grooming items
- Menstrual products (cups and pads)
- Undergarments
- Any product that may be contaminated once opened
Additionally, the following are also FINAL SALE:
- Special order items
- Clearance or discounted merchandise
- Gently used items
No exceptions will be made for these categories.
Online Orders (Returns by Mail)
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your store credit.
- A 10% restocking/convenience fee will be applied to all approved online returns.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
We will work with you and, when applicable, the manufacturer to resolve the issue. This may include replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion. Supporting photos or documentation may be required.
Policy Suspension During Sales Events
We reserve the right to modify or suspend this return policy during high-volume sales periods, including but not limited to:
- Black Friday / Small Business Saturday
- Earth Day promotions
- Other major sales events
Any changes will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Order Refusal & Return Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that show signs of use, abuse, or excessive return patterns
- Limit or deny transactions at our discretion to prevent misuse of our policy
