Refund policy

We know you will fall in love with the products you find at Mother Earth Baby and Curious Kidz.  If you are unsatisfied or change your mind after your purchase, your items may be returned/exchanged for store credit up to 14 days after purchase.  All returns/exchanges must be made with original receipt and product must be in original condition.   

The following are Final Sale items and may not be returned. Creams, lotions, salves, soaps, body wash, sunscreen, lanolin, nursing products, nail polish, skin care, conditioner, shampoos, body oils, baby brushes, menstrual cups, menstrual pads, undergarments, and other products that may be contaminated upon opening the product. 

Additionally, any special order, gently used and clearance items are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned/exchanged. No exceptions.  

For online orders only…

Customer is responsible for the shipping back to the shop.  If the item you are returning for store credit was shipped for free by us, the shipping amount paid by us will be deducted from the credit issued.  A 10% convenience fee will also be applied.  

Occasionally, a product may be defective or damaged and we can certainly work with you and the manufacturer to remedy the problem.   If this happens, please give us a call or bring the product in and we will assist you with following up with the manufacturer as appropriate.

We also reserve the right to suspend our return policy prior to and immediately after large sales such as, but not limited to Black Friday/Small Business Saturday and Earth Day.
